How a statement gets onto this site
Nothing is stated here that cannot be traced to a statute, an official publication or a dataset of our own. The rule applies to every page, in this form:
- Every answer in the facts names its source, quotes it verbatim and carries the date it was last checked against that source.
- Every booking rule in the rulebook is published with its paragraph, its version number and an example posting. Accounts no tax firm has confirmed yet are marked unverified, all the way into the export.
- The CASP register is generated from ESMA's file, with its date and source, and offered as CSV and JSON for anyone to check.
- Figures that cannot be sourced are not on the site. What gets corrected is corrected visibly: with a date in the text, not by silent overwriting.
What the software never does
- It holds no keys, has no signing rights and cannot initiate a payment. It reads public addresses and read-only exchange keys, nothing more.
- It sends nothing to the BZSt. You sign and submit the report file yourself; Stablewerk keeps the hash of the unsigned delivery.
- No language model decides in the booking path. Versioned rules with their legal basis book; whatever no rule matches is put to a person.
- It promises no audit immunity. It makes every entry traceable: hash, rate source, rule version, approval.
What it is built on
One engine, three parts: the DAC8 report, the crypto bookkeeping and the evidence pack. The free tools, the CARF XML validator first among them, run on the same engine and check against the same official schemas.
